Although all orders are final, we do offer our Hassle Free Size Exchanges. Once an item has shipped, we do not offer refunds unless item has been defective we will do our best to ship out a replacement item to you immediately. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.

We understand that sometimes shopping online can be frighten and discouraging when you are unsure about sizing. To help ease some of your worries we offer all customers a one time Hassle-Free Size Exchange* with your order as long as the item is returned in perfect condition.

Size Exchange MUST be the same item purchase. We request customer pays for the return of item as we will pay for the new size to be shipped. For Hassle Free Exchange, you can just submit request via email to: support@faithbrand.store with heading: SIZE EXCHANGE.

If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.

IF DEFECTIVE, WE APOLOGIZE AND WE WILL CORRECT IT IMMEDIATELY AND SHIP OUT A REPLACEMENT. WE MAY HONOR EXCHANGES ON SIZES AND COLORS IF IN STOCK. IF YOU NEED TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE ITEM, WE WILL COVER THE SHIPPING COST. IF YOU ARE USING OUR HASSLE-FREE EXCHANGE, WE ONLY REQUEST YOU COVER THE COST TO SHIP THE ITEM BACK TO US. FAITH BRAND will not refund next day air shipping on any refunds.
