How to Exchange Sizes:

To exchange your size, simply email our customer service team at support@faithbrand.store with your name and order number. We'll send you the USPS shipping label via email. Print it out, and take your product to the local post office.

We understand that choosing the right size online can be tricky. That's why we offer a one-time Hassle-Free Size Exchange with your order. Just make sure the item is in perfect condition when you return it.

Important Points:

  • The size exchange must be for the same item you purchased.
  • We'll cover both the return shipping and the shipping cost for the new size.
  • To request a size exchange, email us at support@faithbrand.store with the subject "SIZE EXCHANGE."

Refund Policy:

Once an item has been shipped, we typically don't offer refunds unless it's defective. If there's a defect, we'll replace the item right away and cover the shipping costs.

If you don't agree with our refund policy, please refrain from placing an order with us.
